If you have staged an event specifically designed to launch a new product, service, company or brand that has garnered media coverage, client accolades and demonstrates the power of the launch event to achieve marketing and business objectives, then you should enter this award. Examples of organisations that should enter: PR agencies, event management companies, live event promoters.
Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.
- Event Information: Briefly summarise the rationale for the event, type of event, the client and their objectives, team involved, target audience, relevant background, and budget
- Innovation and Creativity: Detail unique elements, such as innovative formats or themes, demonstrating originality and creative uses of the budget.
- Delivery & Execution: Detail the event's execution process, including logistical planning, coordination, and implementation, including any challenges overcome. Highlight adherence to budget and steps taken to maximize client value.
- Audience Engagement and Satisfaction: Showcase strategies to actively engage attendees and foster positive experiences, resulting in high satisfaction levels
- Measurable Outcomes and Impact: Present quantifiable success metrics, tangible value delivered, and any feedback received from the client and attendees.
- Sustainable Practices: Outline any efforts to improve energy efficiency and reduce the event's carbon footprint, supported by relevant data.
