Once you have created your PDF submission and you have all items in the Items Checklist, submit your entry via the Online Entry Form. CLICK HERE.

This award recognises innovation in events. If you have introduced an innovative new element to one of your events held in the past 12 months which pushed boundaries and helped deliver unforgettable experiences that sets new benchmarks for excellence, then this is the award for you. Entry is by a 5-page A4 submission; Please address the key criteria set out below and include any supporting materials, such as photos and videos, within the document. Ensure that any videos are provided in a link format.

  • Event Overview: Provide a concise overview of the event, including its purpose, objectives, and target audience, as well as details about the in-house event team involved in its planning and execution
  • Rationale: Explain the rationale behind the innovation introduced in the event, highlighting the specific problem or opportunity it addressed and the strategic objectives it aimed to achieve.
  • Innovation: Describe the innovation itself, outlining its unique features, design elements, and technological advancements that set it apart from traditional event approaches.
  • Idea Development: Share insights into how the innovative idea was conceptualised and developed, including any research, brainstorming, or collaborative processes involved in its creation.
  • Wow Factor and Impact: Highlight the 'wow factor' of the innovation, showcasing its ability to captivate and impress audiences, as well as its impact on attendee engagement, satisfaction, and overall event success.
  • Effectiveness and Results: Provide evidence of its effectiveness, including any measurable results, feedback from attendees, and any accolades or recognition received for its innovative approach.
