This award celebrates events of all types and sizes held over the past 12 months in Ireland that demonstrate a clear commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Eligible events may focus on social inclusion, environmental sustainability, community engagement, diversity, health and wellbeing, or other CSR-driven themes that show meaningful, measurable impact. Entry is by a 5-page A4 submission; Please address the key criteria set out below and include any supporting materials, such as photos and videos, within the document. Ensure that any videos are provided in a link format.

  • Event Overview & CSR Objectives: Provide a summary of the event, including its purpose, goals, internal stakeholders, target audience, and how it aligns with your organisation’s wider CSR or ESG strategy.
  • CSR Integration: Explain how CSR values were embedded throughout the event experience—from design and content to location, partnerships, and attendee engagement. Detail how the event aimed to create positive social or environmental outcomes.
  • Community or Stakeholder Impact: Outline how the event directly benefited a community, cause, or key stakeholder group. This could include partnerships with charities, inclusive audience outreach, volunteer involvement, or advocacy efforts.
  • Innovation in CSR Delivery: Highlight any innovative methods or formats used to deliver CSR impact, such as creative campaign activations, hybrid inclusion models, ethical catering, accessible design, or educational components.
  • Supplier & Partner Engagement: Describe how suppliers, sponsors, and collaborators were selected or influenced to align with CSR values. Emphasise the use of ethical, inclusive, or environmentally conscious vendors where relevant.
  • Measurable CSR Outcomes: Present clear, quantifiable outcomes that demonstrate the success of the event’s CSR ambitions. Include metrics such as funds raised, participation levels, volunteer hours, sustainability benchmarks, feedback ratings, or press coverage.
