This award celebrates a successful collaboration between two or more organisations that resulted in a standout corporate event, experience, or initiative within the past 12 months. Whether involving strategic partners, clients, sponsors, or cross-sector alliances, the collaboration must demonstrate mutual benefit, shared vision, and meaningful impact. Judges are looking for bold, creative, and effective partnership-led approaches to event delivery or brand engagement that drove measurable results and deepened relationships. Entry is by a 5-page A4 submission; Please address the key criteria set out below and include any supporting materials, such as photos and videos, within the document. Ensure that any videos are provided in a link format.
- Organisation Background: Provide a short profile of the primary organisations involved in the collaboration, including an overview of the in-house teams, roles, and areas of expertise that contributed to the event or initiative.
- Collaboration Performance: Present evidence of how each organisation performed during the collaboration, demonstrating innovation, strategic alignment, commitment, and shared outcomes. Emphasise what made the partnership stand out and how it aligned with broader business or event goals.
- Partnership Dynamics: Describe how the collaboration was formed and structured. Outline the specific event, campaign, or initiative that was delivered jointly, and explain how the partnership contributed to its overall success.
- Challenges and Solutions: Identify any key challenges encountered during the collaboration and share how the parties involved addressed them—highlighting creativity, flexibility, and leadership in action.
- Supporting Evidence: Add any additional facts, statements, or testimonials that support your entry. These may include feedback from stakeholders, audience data, business impact, or third-party endorsements.
