James Sheridan is a Lecturer in the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology, James lecturers in the area of Food & Beverage Studies, Management and Operations within the hospitality industry. He prides himself on having 15 years’ work experience both nationally and internationally, namely holding senior management positions in Dublin’s Five Star hotel, The Shelbourne Hotel and One Michelin star restaurant L’Ecrivain. A holder of many awards, he has also represented Ireland in the World Skills Competition 2007 in Japan were he competed against 26 other countries and achieved a medallion of excellence. James currently holds a Certificate, Degree and Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
