This award will reward the best in-house event team (with 10 or more full-time staff) producing highly professional corporate events for their internal clients over the past 18 months. If you think your team has something to shout about, then tell our judges about it and you might pick up a much-deserved award for your excellence. Eligibility: Open to in-house event teams from corporations and organisations who organised their own events. This award is not open to external event planning companies or agencies, however they can nominate their client to enter.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Team Background: Outline the members within your company's in-house event team, the team size, and include examples of your collaborative efforts. Please also include information relating to the definitions of roles, allocation of tasks, motivation, problem solving and communications within the team.
  • Team Skills: Outline the key skills and expertise within your team.
  • Events Summary: Summarise the corporate event(s) your team have worked on in the past 18 months: objectives, budgets, target audiences, the size and scope of the events, as well as comparisons with previous years' events where relevant.
  • Contributions and Achievements: Provide a summary of the team's contributions and impact on the events executed during the specified period. Include examples of teamwork that led to successful outcomes, innovations introduced, achievements, benefits to the company, challenges faced and how they were overcome.
  • Supporting Facts or Statements: Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support your entry.
