Becky Hargrove CIS DES is an award winning business events and destination marketing strategist. Having served in management roles for over a decade in Convention Bureaux, both here in Ireland and Australia, she has extensive experience working with event planners as they source MICE destinations, providing guidance with venues, hotels & activities selection alongside helping develop creative & meaningful programme itineraries. Becky also serves as a Regional Ambassador for SITE Ireland & is both a Certified Incentive Specialist & Digital Event Strategist, as well as a European Cities Marketing Mentor.

Sitting on the global leadership team for the Sustainable Events Alliance, Becky is passionate about Sustainability & CSR and places great focus on developing ‘green initiatives’ & meaningful activity options that can deliver legacy outcomes for Kerry.
