Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
Background: Please outline the platform including a summary of its uses, pricing plans, and any awards or achievements to date.
Key Events: Please provide a brief description of significant events that utilised the nominated platform over the past 18 months.
Wow factor: What is the wow factor? Judges are looking for ideas that leapfrog current processes or technology and provide simple and elegant solutions to long standing issues.
Benefits to Business: what makes your platform an exceptional system for event organisers, clients, and sponsors? Please also outline the extent to which it delivers on integration & customisation; branding; data analysis & reporting; and any other important commercial benefits. If possible, include testimonials.
Benefits to User: what makes your platform an exceptional, user friendly system for the end user? Please also outline the extent to which it delivers on interaction, engagement, security, customer support. How is customer satisfaction measured and include any recent results.
