Best Virtual Brand Event
This award is given to the most successful virtual event organised between March 2020 and the entry deadline that was designed to further the client's brand by building brand loyalty, increasing sales, or launching a new product.
Examples of organisations that should enter: PR agencies, event management companies, live event promoters.
Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission: The judges would like to see hard evidence of commercial and creative success. Please address the key criteria set out below, backed up by photos (4 minimum), laying out any additional info (e.g. videos etc) in a clear manner.
Event Information: rationale for the event, name, and description of the body on whose behalf you provided the event, what objectives did the client set, who were the team who worked on the event.
Budget: Please specify the event budget, any creative uses of same.
Delivery & Execution: what were your concepts and how did you fulfil the objectives set out, highlight any exciting features, which platform and other technology did you use and why, outline any special challenges faced and resolutions (technical or otherwise), how was the event marketed and promoted.
Achievements & Outcomes: what press coverage was generated, what was the profile and number of attendees and what feedback was received from the client and attendees. Include any other important event success metrics, e.g. pre-registration; attendance; post-event take-up; audience engagement and satisfaction, social media mentions/engagement, etc.
Innovation: Please detail any innovations that you introduced through this project.
Include any other relevant statements or facts which will persuade the judges that this event should win.
