Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
Organisation Background: Please outline the size and nature of your organisation.
Strategy Background: Provide details of how the virtual audience engagement strategy was developed and its objectives.
Innovation: Please demonstrate the innovative aspects of this strategy and outline how you leverage technology to foster engagement within virtual spaces.
Implementation: Provide an overview of how the strategy was implemented across key events over the last 18 months. Please also outline any challenges faced and how the team overcame them.
Outcomes & Results: Highlight the outcomes of your strategy and provide evidence of how you monitor and measure its impact. Demonstrate how the strategy has benefited the company or client, the audience, and provide evidence of how your organisation is setting the benchmark with your approach.
