Best Streaming Team

This award recognises the teams required to serve a world class stream to an event audience. This award is open to both in-house teams and companies that provide exceptional live streaming solutions.

The winning team will have demonstrated extraordinary teamwork and examples of how they went the extra mile to deliver upon their objectives over the past 18 months. If you think your team has something to shout about, then tell our judges about it and you might just pick up a much-deserved award for your excellence.

Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

• Team Information: Outline the members of your team, including information relating to definitions of roles, allocation of tasks, skills, motivation, problem solving and communications within the team.

• Key Events: Please outline any outstanding events the team worked on over the past 18 months, including the objective and outcomes.

• Contributions & Achievements: outline the contributions and the impact of your team on these events, any innovations introduced or technologies employed, achievements, benefits of the work carried out to the company or client.

• Teamwork: Outline any challenges faced when working on these events and how the team demonstrated collaboration, creativity, and flexibility to overcome them.

• Please include any other statements or facts that support the entry. Where possible, include testimonials, e.g. from clients, or the team’s head of department or supervisor.
