Best Experiential Agency
This category is open to any experiential agency who has organised a portfolio of live and virtual events from June 2019 to the present day whose aim was to create engaging experiences and emotional draw towards a product or service. If you are that agency, then you are welcome to WOW us in this category.
Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission: The judges would like to see hard evidence of the size and type of events you have worked on. Please address the key criteria set out below, backed up by photos (4 minimum), laying out any additional info (e.g. videos etc) in a clear manner.
Company information: When was the agency established, number of employees, types of experiential events you organise, key skills within your team.
Innovation & Creativity: How does your agency stand out from other similar agencies? What innovative approaches and creative solutions do you use to make your events extraordinary. What new technologies do you employ to enhance the experiential impact?
Events Summary: Summarise the events your agency has organised during the eligibility period: include objectives, budgets, target audiences, the size and scope of the events as well as comparisons with previous years events where relevant.
Delivery & Execution: what are the experiences you create and how do guests/audiences respond? did you fulfil the objectives set out? how are these events marketed and promoted? Outline any special challenges faced and resolutions.
Proof of Engagement & Results: what was the outcome of the event(s) - the return on investment, benefits, end results? what media coverage was achieved, what was the profile and number of attendees? what feedback was received from clients/sponsors and attendees and how did the experiences create impact on the brand.
