Best Adaptation of an Existing Live Venue to Facilitate Virtual Events
This award will recognise an existing permanent event venue that has seen the best live streaming studio installation over the past 18 months.
This may include, but is not limited to, hotel event venues, convention centres, concert venues, and live entertainment venues.
Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
Venue Information: provide an overview of the existing live venue e.g. genesis/ history of venue, facilities, the equipment and technology available, capacities, formats, and flexibility of your venue space(s).
Team background: outline the key areas of expertise to be found in the team who run the venue.
Key Events: Please outline any outstanding virtual events executed within the venue over the past 18 months which involved a live streaming installation, including the objective and outcomes. Please also outline how the venue was adapted to host these events.
Contributions & Achievements: outline the contributions and the impact of your team on these events, any innovations introduced or technologies employed, achievements, benefits of the work carried out to the company or client. Have your clients/attendees given you feedback on these initiatives?
