Andrew Langford works as a Lecturer in Food and Beverage Studies at Shannon College of Hotel Management a School of NUI Galway. His main interests lie in Beverage studies and Practical Restaurant Training. Andrew is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently studying for a Diploma in Wine and Spirits through the Wine and Spirit Educational Trust. Andrew is also the Chief Examiner for IrelandSkills in Restaurant Service and Expert in Restaurant Service for WorldSkills Ireland. Prior to his career in education Andrew worked in Food and Beverage management positions at a number of five star hotels in Chicago, London, Dubai and Scotland.
